Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil




It is a tropical evergreen tree of the laurel family growing up to 15 m in the wild. The tree has a very thin smooth bark, with a light yellowish brown color and a highly fragrant odor.


Uses & Benefits:


    • Oil is used for flavoring confectionery and liqueurs. It is also used in pharmaceutical and dental preparations.
    • Cinnamon is used as spice flavor, can be readily oxidized.
    • Cinnamon bark oils are used as a stimulant for the circulation, as an antiseptic, as an occasional aphrodisiac.
    • It is good for easing arthritis pain, muscle pain and adding heat to the body, but should only be used when highly diluted in a carrier oil.
    • Cinnamon bark oil also aids in curing stomach cramps, stress, tooth aches and slow circulation
