Description 

Oleoresin obtained from ginger is a kind of volatile oil which is derived in the course of solvent distillation method by rhizomes of ginger. Scientifically, ginger is known as Zingiber officinale which belongs to Zingiberaceae family of Zingiberales order. Ginger oleoresin has distinctive smell of ginger.

Gingerol and shogaol, volatile oil
